CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) Skills Course

An 8 day course facilitated by Berkshire Counselling Centre and taught by experienced tutors from the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre.
To be held on Saturdays, 09.30 - 16.30 between November 2008 and March 2009.

Cost. £795.00, reduced to £735.00 for BCC Counsellors.

   7th and 14th February 2009           Working with Depression
   14th and 21st March 2009               Working with Panic, Social Anxiety, Health anxiety
