Appointments

To register for an initial assessment appointment, please call our office on 01189 787879 Monday to Friday 10am – 2 pm. There will be a standard registration fee of £30 payable with your booking which is non-refundable.  We will either send you a questionairre form and welcome pack or you can download it here. When completed please send it to us with your £30 cheque or postal order. We will then call you upon receipt to make an appointment. Waiting times may take up to two weeks.

Assessments always take place during the day although counselling sessions are available between 9am – 9pm Monday to Friday with some additional appointments available on a Saturday morning.

Your assessment will take 50 minutes; the details of the meeting will then be communicated to our Head of Counselling who will allocate an appropriate counsellor. The counsellor will make contact directly with you within three to four weeks to arrange dates and times to commence the work. All sessions will take place on a weekly basis at our counselling rooms at the Cornerstone.
